Jobs may be created from a number of different sources.  For example, they may arise automatically through the scheduler (e.g. periodic inspections), via the helpdesk (where a caller is reporting a problem), from access to a web site, from a tradesman working with a mobile device, from a supervisor planning corrective work or be part of a larger project (e.g. painting programme).

A unique alert facility informs the user (e.g. supervisor) if the job response and completion are likely to fail a service level agreement or attract a penalty.

The system is operational over a wide spectrum of users ( e.g. Councils, Hospitals,  Police Services, MOD Establishments, Schools, Manufacturing and Process plants, etc.) and can handle any size of organisation.
