Tempus MTAS take a flexible approach to training and offer training to best suit our customers’ needs.

We offer a range of dedicated training courses which range from 1-5 days and can be delivered either at Tempus MTAS or on the customer’s sites providing they have the necessary facilities.

Tempus MTAS  can train all of your users or we can take a ‘Train the Trainer’ approach and provide in depth training package to a limited number of users leaving the customer with control to decide how the users are trained.

Training will relate to the needs of the user.  For example, a System administrator will require a detailed knowledge of the system; a line manager will probably require a lesser understanding but will almost definitely need to understand the management and reporting functionality available.

All Advanced Courses have the pre-requisite of the corresponding Essential Course as a minimum.

End User Modular Courses concentrate on the specific modules required, such as Help Desk, Work Management, Purchase Order Processing, Asset Management, Financial Recovery, etc.

Report Developer Advanced Courses concentrate on the specific reporting tool, such as Report Builder, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, MS Reporting Services etc.
