Once a system is functional and operating successfully we ensure it continues to do so by providing ongoing support.  In particular, we provide:

 Helpdesk Support

The user can gain access to a number of support workers such as IT professionals, engineers, consultants, etc.

On going Training

This can be provided as required or through a series of refresher courses, alternatively by training the client trainers.

System Updates

These are provided on a regular basis (usually once a year) so that the system remains current and the users can enjoy the latest technology.

Site Audits

 These ensure that the solution provided is still satisfying the requirement and that the needs of the organisation have not changed.
