The implementation process varies depending on the size and complexity of the organisation.
This can prove to be a significant drain on the client’s resource if not managed efficiently. Tempus MTAS can solve this problem by providing experienced personnel who are able to assist with or take total responsibility for the implementation process.
The duration of the exercise is also dependent upon the availability of documentation and the existing data. Consideration should be given to the effect on staff during the process and ensure that people are fully informed and invited to actively contribute to the implementation process
Typically a successful implementation should include
Before embarking on a system implementation it is important that the client’s requirement is clearly understood and that the resources in terms of hardware, systems and personnel are available. To ensure this is performed a concise programme capturing the client requirements and related procedures must be undertaken
Ensure that the operation is set up in keeping with current work practises. It may well be that changes will need to be considered to ensure that the customer obtains the full benefit of the Ultrasys application. Such changes will be identified and discussed as part of the implementation programme.
As time passes and data is collected it becomes possible to identify areas in need of refinement. It is then possible to optimise the system and introduce reports in the form of KPIs to expose deficiencies and show where improvements may be made.
Tempus MTAS can work either as part of a Project Team or form the complete Project Team and manage the whole process for you. All projects will be worked to customer standards and adhering PRINCE2 guidelines.
