UltraSysNet Pocket Solution

UltraSysNet Pocket handheld solution provides the following benefits:

• Realtime connection anywhere by any handheld mobile device, ie PDAs, EDAs, Mobile Phones and Smart Phones
• Synchronise directly to UltraSys system via any network connection, such as GPRS/3G, WLAN and USB/docking station when and where required
• Elimination of unnecessary paperwork and data entry backlogs.
• Reduction of labour costs
• Increased quality and accuracy of collected data, such as cost information by capturing trade times and parts usage whilst on site
• Allows UltraSys to become a realtime management tool, an administrator or planner can see which jobs are genuinely outstanding
• With good network coverage, new job requests can be passed directly to the personnel with all the relevant information hence reducing response times
• Field personnel can create new jobs in UltraSys in realtime

The handheld seamlessly switches from online to offline mode if a GPRS/3G or WAN connection cannot be established. The user can update the jobs already stored on the handheld and UltraSys will be updated on reconnection to the network

• All users can create new jobs in UltraSys in realtime, subject to permissions
