The module creates client records that can be attached to a contract or any number of contracts. The amendment procedures are both quick and efficient to operate and easy to use. Thus, as clients change or payment details and terms are updated, these amendments are immediately reflected in the system.
This module enables suppliers and users of facilities management to control any number of contracts across any number of client organisations. Each contract contains its own billing information and provides both recurring and reactive billing schedules along with the tools needed to change values within those schedules.
The structures of each contract can be portrayed in a simple manner that reveals the links between sites, owners and assets. The module interfaces seamlessly with the client and asset modules of UltraSys.
